  The poor review by "Guy Savelli" is a prank. My father and I are the only Guy Savelli's in the area. Matt Mormile and his team are great and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone.

• Review of "Lori Vajdich - State Farm Insurance Agent" at Mentor

  I had a great experience setting up my insurance with Mary. It was quick and easy. I wanted to pay in full but i was steered toward the payment plan. However my payment plan became messed up. When i called and asked to speak with Mary, Jackie wouldnt let me talk to her. To all my questions she just said she didnt know, she didnt know. She was very difficult to speak with and it was very frustrating. She referred me to state farm billing who referred me back to the office as they didnt know what happened either. Again, Jackie was very difficult to deal with and the situation escalated, she should have let me speak with someone else when I asked. I did talk to Lori (who was very nice) was unsure about the situation and referred me back to Jackie. Eventually, things were worked out (although i never received an explanation for what happened) with the help of another office. Lori said she would follow up in a few days, which never happened. I contacted the billing department to pay my insurance in full who told me i had to pay through the office. I dont know why there is a billing department if I cant pay through them. My main concern is the payment plan messing up again, the lack of information on the statements, the poor customer care i received from Jackie, and the common theme of no one knowing what was going on. Hopefully I will have a better experience with this office in the future.

  My child would come home hungry every day. Sometimes coming off the bus crying. Finding out that they are not letting him eat his lunch We pack him Until he tries the food they provide First! I spoke to the supervisor And she told me that he will not be able to eat his Packed lunch we provided until he tries they're cooked nutritious food... And if my son didn't Try There Nutritious food he would not be able to eat his packed lunch We Provided!!.. She also told me that if He Cannot try their food At the preschool (then he is not welcome back)... (I am not done getting to the bottom of this!!)
